GIBSON PAVING HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE MECHANICAL LAY OF BLOCK PAVING BEING THE FIRST CONTRACTOR TO DEVELOP THE USE OF THESE METHODS IN IRELAND.

Currently operating with six laying machines, from both major manufacturers, we can carry out large scale works to the tight programme timetables required today.

As a company, we recognised many years ago that there was a need to mechanise the laying of block paving, firstly to protect the workforce for Repetitive Strain Injury and other back, arm and hand injuries, and secondly, to meet the increased pressure on both cost and programme pressures.

With this in mind, Gibson Paving have been at the forefront of the development of mechanical laying systems in Ireland and UK. Workly closely with all of the major manufacturers, Gibson Paving have carried out many prestigious projects throughout the UK and Ireland using a large varierty of different shaped and rectangular blocks, in various confirgurations.
